Now that we are only one member away from having 20 characters on this site, I've decided to launch an offer to get things around here going for real! What is this offer, you ask? Well...
By now, you should know what Soul Points are. You may also have noticed the Awakening Festival Event threads in the forums, which are thread starters detailing what is happening currently in various areas, rather than a post with a player's character doing something. Basically, their purpose is to set a scene, which anyone may then join and expand upon.
My offer to you is this: If you write an open event starter - in which you set a scene, but no played character yet appears - and send it in to the admin account, you will receive 5SP to do with as you wish. This "scene" can take place in any area of your own choice, and once sent to the admin, it will be posted in the correct forum as an open thread for anyone to join. You may write as many of these as you wish, though it should be noted that you will only recieve SP for the first four events you submit.
"What kind of event can/should I write?"
It could be a forest fire, a bandit raid, a particularly stormy day/night, a merchant having a big sale, a ship arriving late in the harbor - it is up to you, really.
"How long should the event starter be?"
It is recommended to keep it at around 2 - 4 paragraphs.
"When does this offer end?"
It currently has no end date!
