Boul, "The City of Stone"

Boul, the capital of Quakerion County and host to House Quakerion, is a city unique in its design. To an oblivious eye this would seem to be the smallest of the capitals, but a second look tells that that is far from the true. It is built on several layers, one of which is carved out of large cliffs at the surface, and three others hacked out of the rock underneath. The city is kept from collapsing in on itself by the Terramentalists that reside here, making this kind of construction impossible for any other people, and hard to navigate for anyone who hasn't spent their lives learning where every tunnel leads.
