Waviera, "The Flooded City"

Waviera is the host of House Sieron and the only city in Palandri which is not built on land. The entire city floats atop the water in the Waviera Bay, connected by bridges and only accessible from he mainland by swimming or taking a boat. In the absence of any roads to speak of the smaller boats are also a ways of moving through the city. The Aquamentalists that reside here keep the city from floating out to sea, as well as makes sure the piscine can get nowhere near the Sieron capital.
