Highwell The harbor town of Highwell lies not far from the twin rivers and close to the border of Sieron County. It is the last remaining free harbor, all others being part of either Sieron of the Thorion County up north, making it the ideal place for non aligned to catch a boat out to the islands, and the only harbor to offer these services to members of the wild tribes as well. |

Malloway Also known as "The Hidden Village". Very few outsiders have visited Malloway, and even fewer have come back from it. The smaller village is typically left alone, mostly due to the challenge of getting there which includes having to pass over the Barricade River and through the Wayward Forest, but also due to the many dark rumors surrounding the Village. Some say it is home to a cult worshipping the undead, others that it's inhabitants died centuries ago and now haunt the streets of their former home. Whichever it is, no one seems particularly eager to find out. |

Westerhedge Westerhedge is the largest of the free cities and the unofficial "capital" of Newland Island. The only way to get here is to take a ship from Highwell, Courtcastle, or any of the coastal cities in Sieron County. The Westerhedge population mostly consists of civilians, with a small guard force and a few rangers who hunt freely on the rest of the island. It is a somewhat secluded and peaceful city, perfect for those who wishes to get away from the rest of the land for a while. |
