Summary (character may be expanded upon by the player): A Palandrion nobleman, veteran warrior, father of five daughters, and widower. As a young boy he foolishly thought he could make great conquests in the name of his family, traveling far and wide in active search of battle, making his fair share of enemies before he even turned twenty. In the end he returned home more or less empty handed aside from his sword and a battered and bruised body, though something good did come out of it all; He fell in love. She was a highly respected member of the Order of Hunters, slayers of the undead. Fierce and clever, she captured his heart in an instant. Not noble, but fitting enough as a bride that Geoffren did not have to go against his parent's wishes when they married.
Their joint collection of enemies eventually led to her tragic death - nothing but a pool of blood was left behind - but not before they spent several joyful years together, and she left her husband with five daughters. After his wife's demise, Geoffren has made it his one and only goal to see his little girls safe and successful, attempting to hide them away from the horrors of the world outside Palandrion's walls.

Plot Possibilities: Geoffren was once a great warrior, but those days have been put behind him since he settled down in his own family home, got married, and fathered his five daughters. Though he has done his best to keep them safe and make sure they do not commit the same mistakes he once did, he is becoming increasingly aware that he will not be able to hold them out of reach from the ongoing war forever.
