A lack of resources and coin makes a large festival impossible, but the residents of Highwell will celebrate this holiday enthusiastically despite it. They are a kind - if only a bit too energetic - and hospitable, happy to share their joy with each and every being they come across, be they fury, scaly, feathery, or hairy.
Known for their harbor and little other than that, during these three days it is the least the town's sailors can do to offer residents and travelers alike free passage to their destination, assuming their passengers are willing to sing along with their cheery shanties through the trip, and join in bellow deck in the evenings to drink like only men of the sea can do.
